Arva Santiago Leon Hotel

I ate at a great restaurant at the main lobby. The bathroom was good with shower facilities and a hair dryer. Marvellous location, right next to a motorway, really enjoyed this place.

Couldn't stay longer!

Your complete failure to provide an adequate food service after a long and tiring trip

Room and hotel were good, if you have a car. not too far from city at all, but you can't walk.

Staff was rude to us!

To get to city's center you need a car.

Just an ideal choice for a city escape in Leon with fantastic value for money. The friendly staff really made us feel welcome. Remember to ask about the local wines in the restaurant.

Very modern hotel, nice, spacious rooms, wifi works fine, staff is helpful and friendly.

Cleanliness of the room & also the spaciousness. Free parking was also an added reason for choice.

The air-conditioning could not be adjusted & it was far too hot.

Our family stayed for a night, and while the staff were accommodating, the room felt neglected with damaged floors and moldy fixtures. Breakfast was lackluster, and the ambiance was uncomfortable. For better quality, consider nearby dining options for meals.

Very nice, luxuary hotel. The swimming-pool was excellent! The staff was able to speak English which is quite rare in Spain. The breakfast was fine (is was not the truckers cafe as mentioned in other reviews!!!)

The garden, as mentioned on your site as an area to walk, was not yet implemented. The location-info on Booked.net was not very precise.

A lovely big room with a bath, and use of the hotel's pool, so ideal for relaxing after a long day on the road

Our stay was nice overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant rest after visiting the nearby attractions. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with its quality food and good portions, adding to our experience. The breakfast area was a bit cold and lacked sufficient coffee machines, which led to long queues during busy hours.

Window was not closing correctly so noisy due to wind. Pool not protected from wind. Noisy from neightbours

great-sized and splendid rooms with nice bathroom, sensational breakfast. location near to the restaurant up the road, the city center and the cathedral. also, in a mostly residential area.

Spacious room, clean room, where we enjoyed a lovely swimming pool area and had a superb breakfast choice with a comfortable atmosphere .

We booked the hotel because of the holiday offer. Normally we would book this kind of hotel for holiday purposes. However, the accommodation was very nice, clean and correct. At normal rate, we would not have booked this.
